EXEMPTION FROM TOTAL OR PARTIAL CONTRIBUTION TO THE EMPLOYER'S SOCIAL SECURITY BY LAW 06-21:
Under
the laws (bottom of the page), a new job promotion system has been created that
provides targeted funding to reduce the social burden on employers in the

creation contributes greatly to the fight against unauthorized work, stimulates
investment and improves the rates of recovery of social security contributions
by broadening its contribution base.
BENEFITS TO THE EMPLOYER:

relief from the employer.

employer's overall security contribution.

employment.
1. LEVELS OF ALLIANCE OF THE WORKING PART:
The employer benefits from
a reduction in case of recruitment for a duration of at least 12 months:
· 20% of its share, for
jobseekers.
· 28% of its share for
first time applicants.
· 36% for recruitments in
the highlands and southern regions.
The employer also benefits
from a reduction in case of recruitment for a duration of at least 6 months:
· From 20 to 28% of its
share, in the case of recruitment of job-seekers and first-time applicants in
the sectors of tourism, crafts, agricultural culture, building sites and works
public and service companies.
· 36% of employer's share,
if all categories of jobseekers are recruited in the highlands and the south.
· In the event of a
doubling of the initial workforce by the employer occupying at least 9 workers,
reported to the CNAS, he is entitled to a reduction of 8% for a period of one
year.
2. LEVELS OF REDUCTION BY THE EMPLOYER IN SOCIAL SECURITY LEVIES:
Any employer who
undertakes training and development actions for his workers, benefits from the
exemption from the global contribution for periods of time as follows:
· One (01) month for a
duration ranging from 15 days to 1 month.
· Two (02) months for a
duration greater than 1 month and equal to 2 months.
· Three (03) months for a
duration greater than 2 months.
The AASB pays the
employer's overall contribution of 25% for up to three (03) months.
3. MONTHLY GRANT FOR EMPLOYMENT:
For each jobseeker
recruited on the basis of an indefinite contract (CDI), the employer receives a
monthly employment subsidy of 1000 dinars for a maximum of three (03) ) years.
